ANVI is a prepaid instrument (PPI) card with a maximum limit of funds up to of INR 2 lakh at any point of time as per RBI guidelines on PPI. However, there is no limit on the total number of transactions or the total cumulative amount of funds that can be held on the ANVI card in a year.
Everyone is eligible for ANVI cards. You do not need any bank account or income tax returns or credit card to get an ANVI card.
We require only your Aadhaar card number/ image taken on ANVI app for doing artificial intelligence backed KYC. You can carry out the KYC process yourself on our ANVI APP or at one of the nearest ANVI retailers.
There are no fees for applying and participating in ANVI card program, on an ongoing basis. However, we do charge a onetime card cost of INR 50 for providing a physical card.
NO, The ANVI card can be directly loaded with cash at one of the nearest ANVI retailers. The card can also be loaded from bank using NEFT, IMPS, UPI, RTGS.
NO, The ANVI card can be operated without smart phone. However, it comes with an ANVI App. which can be used as a virtual card and other added functionalities such as acquiring payments from other ANVI cards, Bank Transfers, Domestic Money Transfers, Value Added Services such as Talk time and DTH Top up, Travel Bookings, Bill Pay etc.
Yes, The ANVI card works on ATM network all over the country as well as MICRO ATMs including Aadhar Enabled Payment Services (AePS) retail counters.
Simply present your ANVI Card in ATM/Micro ATM along with PIN and withdraw cash. ANVI does not levy charges on its customers for the cash withdrawal. However, if the partner banks levy any cash withdrawal charges, the same would be passed to ANVI card holders . ANVI is working with its partner banks to make first five ATM withdrawals free of charges. However, the transfer of funds from ANVI cards to ANVI retailer wallets is not only free but brings attractive cashback for both the parties.
Money loaded into ANVI cards is secured in a Customer Escrow account with the partner bank and is monitored by RBI. Only customers have access to these funds. No one including ANVI Management can touch the customer money. Hence it is as secure as money lying in a bank account. ANVI’s Management exercises due caution in selection of partner bank to reduce banking system risk and deploying industry standard cyber security measures to reduce any Cyber Security risks.
ANVI is a Fintech Platform which has partnered with banks and innovated on RBI mandated programs such as business correspondent model, prepaid instrument wallets and UPI interface to bring inclusive alternate financial eco-system to its retailers and customers. ANVI does not have a banking license and it works with a partner scheduled bank.
The ANVI card can be used at all ANVI acquired Kiranas, all ATMs and all point of sale devices run by card networks within India. The ANVI card can also be used for acquiring payment from other UPI led bank apps and payment apps. The ANVI app can be used to acquire payments from other ANVI cards.
There is no fee to make and acquire payment on ANVI cards.
The associated ANVI App can be used to make payments to other ANVI cards or you can visit a nearest ANVI retailer to make a payment to another ANVI card.
You can use the ANVI app, for making such transfers or can visit nearest ANVI Kirana Stores/retailers to make such transfers in an assisted fashion.
NO, There is absolutely no fee to transfer funds in another bank account and other ANVI Card.
There is no specific limit other than limits applicable on UPI transactions.
ANVI is bringing

You can apply for a loan at your ANVI enrolled employer, nearby ANVI retailer, and on the ANVI App itself. Soon we shall be introducing credit platform known as 3-1-0 whereby an ANVI card customer can get totally unsecured and non referred loan by participating in a 3 minute digital interview.
The credit decisions are not taken by humans in ANVI but by our Artificial Engines/Technology. You need to reapply the loan after improving your financial behaviour on ANVI platform which may take up to 3 months.
ANVI’s AI engine might be rejecting you in behavioral assessment. Please be truthful while answering questions as our AI engine is extremely perceptive and is multiple times more powerful in your credit assessment than your regular credit team of your bank, Micro -finance institution or local money lender.
For an employer-backed loan, your employer should be running your payroll on ANVI card. For all other ANVI card users, our Artificial Engines should have your sufficient data to underwrite the loan amount.
We don’t decide. The AI engine itself decide the limits based on your financial data and behavior.
At the moment, it is 24% per annum with no hidden charges and a loan processing fee. We are constantly working with our third party lenders (NBFCs) to bring it further down.
ANVI earns its revenue from asset management, sale and loan intermediation fees charged to NBFCs and margins on value added services. Unlike other high burn fintech platforms, we are envisioning to create a human less banking platform, using computer automation and Artificial Intelligence and keep our operating cost minimal.
At present ANVI is not offering any investment services, However, we soon will start selling sachet financial and phygital investment products on ANVI’s platform.
The penalties and penal interest are applied by the third party lender (NBFCs). All the charges shall be mentioned in the online loan agreement which is signed by both parties before disbursal of the loan.

Just as in the case of a bank account, call up ANVI help center and get your card blocked. ANVI shall be happy to issue a new card within an hour.

Additionally, the partner bank guarantees the fund in the cards under the directions contained in circular DBR.No.Leg.BC.78/09.07.005/2017-18 dated July 6, 2017 or DCBR.BPD.(PCB / RCB). Cir.No.06/12.05.001/2017-18 dated December 14, 2017 as the case may be.
ANVI regularly advises to its customers to not fall prey to phishing. ANVI or its representatives never ask for any passwords or OTPs and ANVI retailer is allowed to charge money from presented ANVI card only through a unique OTP verification every singly time a transaction is undertaken. Additionally, the partner bank guarantees the fund in the cards under the directions contained in circular DBR.No.Leg.BC.78/09.07.005/2017-18 dated July 6, 2017 or DCBR.BPD.(PCB / RCB). We are working with card printing partners and logistics partners to bring down the delivery time to less than two business days in ANVI covered areas.
